Intake Fee: $495
The intake fee is not credited toward medications, treatments or memberships. Treatment recommendations depend on your clinical evaluation.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Interested in HBOT without a comprehensive longevity or metabolic evaluation? You can begin with a focused physician assessment.
New Patient Medical Clearance:
- 15-minute in-person assessment — $125
Dr. Murillo reviews your medical history and performs a focused examination to determine whether HBOT is appropriate for you.
Clearance is valid for 12 months. Treatment sessions are charged separately, and the clearance fee is not credited toward sessions. Treatment eligibility depends on physician approval.

After your comprehensive evaluation, discuss the ongoing-care option that fits your needs with Dr. Murillo.

Your Comprehensive Intake, Step by Step
Step 01 — Physician Onboarding & Lab Order
Begin with physician onboarding to review your medical history, goals and existing records, and arrange the required laboratory testing.
Step 02 — Labs & In-Clinic Diagnostics
Complete the required labs, Resting Metabolic Rate testing and Styku 3D body scan before your main physician consultation. Equivalent lab results from the previous 60 days may be accepted following physician review.
Step 03 — Your 60-Minute Physician Consultation
Meet with Dr. Murillo to review your findings, develop a personalized care plan and discuss treatment recommendations and ongoing-care options.
